Eligibility & Terms

We accept returns for store credit only on regular-priced items, returned within 14 days of your order date. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in pristine condition. Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box.

Please note: We do not offer refunds.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a store credit code(via email) within 5 business days. This credit is redeemable exclusively at sylviesstore.com, and reflects the amount paid at checkout, minus any applied promotions.
